    Love Dr Michael Eades! His book Protein Power, which I discovered in the public library in Key West, transformed my way of eating. Look forward to watching the video presentation later. Love this site, so much information it's hard to keep up! Proud to be a member!

    I really love info on old food and eating customs...and relate to health of ancient civilizations.

    Do you really? Are you aware most hunter-gatherer peoples died of starvation or hunting accidents, and old age was considered early 30s. Women were given in marriage at 12/13 to men twice their age, or at least "adults". Grandparents were 28. Rare exceptions.
