Hello, Dr. Eenfeldt,
First, I know you must hear this a lot, but I want to thank you so much for your program. It was so easy to follow and the food was really good. We didn’t follow everything perfectly but we tried to stick to the principles as closely as possible… My husband’s blood sugar was getting high before we started… over 400. Within 2 days on the LCHF diet, it had dropped to 150 and now it averages about 100-120. I’ve lost about 5 pounds on the LCHF diet, I’m not as hungry and love your encouragement to take advantage of that and eat less.

Sincerely,
Ronda

It was hard, at first, for me to give up some foods, especially fruits and bread – and, yes, beer. But I am really with the program now, and I am confident that I can continue. I lost 5 pounds and 1/4 inch from my waist as well as 1/4 inch from my hips. It would have been nice to lose more of my girth, but I am a 69-year-old woman who has been lugging around 50 pounds for over 10 years. So I must be patient.

The recipes are wonderful and easy to follow. I really appreciate having the shopping list on your site. The only improvement I would make on your site would be a search function for recipes and ingredients [this is coming up soon – Andreas].

Doctor, I cannot thank you enough for this program and for making it available online. It is a wonderful thing that you have done.
May God bless you.

I loved this challenge. I’m sorry it’s over. I wish you had an add on of another two weeks. I know I can just start over myself but I love getting the daily emails. (thanks for the additional one week).

I love your website and have recommended it a lot on Facebook. I went sugar free for the entire challenge. I can’t believe it either, as I became sugar addicted over the last 2 years. I have watched all your videos on sugar addiction. Yesterday I watched the human diet movie. I can’t say enough good things about your website. You’ve done a great job with it and it’s making a huge impact on lives.

One suggestion for you, put your book on Audible so those of us that commute can listen to it.
I watch all your videos and you’ve become a friend whom I have confidence in. I have every intention of continuing my membership. I think it’s priced reasonably. I lost 5 pounds on the challenge, and that included two nights of celebration that included red wine. That was my only cheat. I’m 63 so weight comes off slower. But, I lost over an inch in my waist. I’m going to start over today but this time I’m going to include intermittent fasting of 8:16.

Thanks for caring about what I think.
Liz

Hi There, I am on day 4 of week one. to ensure that I am staying on track i have been using ketostix am and pm. which has been showing as progressively more pink (all good) however yesterday I substituted the low carb pizza with the tex mex which I understood to be in the strict low carb range, i followed the recipe exactly but didnt have the green salad and when I used the ketostix before bed it had conmpletely reverted to the beige or buff colour as in negative for ketones. any advice or explanation you can offer??

Ketostix are very unreliable. Also there are different types of ketones. Very often I've heard that within a stable ketosis the Ketostix are "negative" most of the time because those type of ketones disappear (while blood ketones are high). So, don't worry. Everything should be alright! ;)
