Do you think it is necessary to have the app as well as subscribe to diet doctors? Why doesn’t diet doctors have its own app?

I would like to know serving size and carbs for fruits and veggies I eat if not making one of your recipes. I just finished 2week challenge. My husband and I enjoyed the recipes and wish to continue, however rather then making 4 serving and eating leftovers for lunch next day I would prefer to eat at dinner. That is why I'm asking for help with other choices and serving sizes

The suggested app is garbage. So difficult to use and just not helpful. DietDoctor should have its own app

There needs to be a diet doctor app. Very cheeky charging us a monthly fee and there is no app, the other suggestion the keto app is nonsense. I wouldn't be suprised if its the same people and they are getting money from charging us twice.

Hi Linda, I have great news! We are releasing an app for the Apple products very soon. To alleviate your other concern, we do not receive any compensation from Martina for her Keto Diet App.

Iam testing the app &find it very helpful although as well as tracking my main meals I would like to include desserts & snacks & drinks on the app this would be very helpful.
    Thanks
    Jane.

I know the app is free for a month. Then what happens. ?? Do we have to sign up? And it’s not really clear on ongoing costs. 😄kaz

The Apple app is already in the iTunes market. It is called Diet Doctor Eat. We are currently working on development for an Android version.

I know that counting calories is nor recommeded, however, when I look at the nutritional information on each recipe I am astounded by the per calorie serving. I recall that one is 1,055 calories! And that's not including a salad or veg. I'm completely confused. I can't understand how I can eat one meal of 1,000 calories and another of almost the same and lose weight. Help, please
