    I've been watching a whole bunch of videos on the ketogenic diet.
    And I am hearing diferent views that are out there.
    My question is.
    Can I eat to much fat?
    Or how much fat should I eat.
    I don't know if I am doing this right.
    Ive been eat coconut oil by the spoon full.
    Up to 8 table spoons per day whem I first started and less now on week three.
    Is this to much?

    Hi Marc!

    It's important to eat all essential micro nutrients and a moderate amount of protein, that's why you cant eat only fat. If you ate according to our two week challenge then you got a good idea about what to eat. If you followed the plan but just added extra fat because you are hungry then everything is OK. :)

    I was considering jumping head first in with the avocado and green drink am and pm for 5 days to get right into keto and then doing the 2 week low carb challenge. I already eat very low carb and have cut out all pop months ago. I also eat pretty clean already but need to make a 100% commitment. My plan is to.set a date right after labour day.

    Do you think this is a good plan and when would I be able to start fasting?

    Hi, I've been following your website since June 23. My cholesterol is elevated 262 which is up from 253 last year. I do take synthroid for hypothyroidism. Should I be worried? I thought my cholesterol would go down.

    I have been on the diet for about 4 weeks, my test have been in the small area but I have gained weight at times but have lost very little, my friend that lost about 30 lbs thinks that I am cheating. I use a lot of coconut oil, avacados and fatty meats, veggies with melted butter and I eat fat bombs for hunger cravings but nothing is budging, Help, get my friend off my back!
