And I am hearing diferent views that are out there.
My question is.
Can I eat to much fat?
Or how much fat should I eat.
I don't know if I am doing this right.
Ive been eat coconut oil by the spoon full.
Up to 8 table spoons per day whem I first started and less now on week three.
Is this to much?
It's important to eat all essential micro nutrients and a moderate amount of protein, that's why you cant eat only fat. If you ate according to our two week challenge then you got a good idea about what to eat. If you followed the plan but just added extra fat because you are hungry then everything is OK. :)
Do you think this is a good plan and when would I be able to start fasting?
I've been stuck weight wise for around 4 months, so I am ready to get back to low carb.
I am going to do this two week Keto challenge. I imagine it's okay to keep doing my IF of 16-22 hours a day. I can make my dinner work for two meals since I often do one meal a day with a "snack" (small meal). If I need two meals I figure I can make eggs a meal for lunch since I don't do breakfast.
Does that sound doable? Hopefully it will get me back in the right direction of low carb/keto.
Yes! Keto can help reverse Type 2, and it can help Type 1 diabetics better control their blood sugar.
