Over the years, I’ve learned about, and experimented with, different eating lifestyles, and through that, I’ve learned how important it is to be able to listen to your own body and discover how different foods may affect it. I now feel that eating low-carb pescetarian meals is what fits best for my needs. And so, I feel proud of working at Diet Doctor, where there is a strong focus on helping each person improve their health through the way they eat. It is utterly inspiring. Ever since I started working here, I’ve also started to discover the benefits of intermittent fasting.
