    About menopause : My hot flares disappeared. And they lasted quite many years! Then I must have eaten too much carbohydrates and there it came back, just once, enough. It feels so normal not to have them

    I’m 2years now on very strict low carb diet, lost 20lbs, but LCHF did nothing to my raging hot flashes. I would have a hot flash sometimes 2 or 3 times in an hour for days. I had problems with my vision and doctor started suggesting MS. Hot flashes stoped in a week afer I went on hormone replacement. I have no more vision problems, got my energy back and good night sleep.

    Yes, not a miracle cure by any means. My vegan and vegetarian friends would also vouch for their way of eating as the best. Each to his own if it works. Good you lost the 20lbs. I need to lose just 8lbs to 10lbs max that I put on since doing this low carb eating and several false starts from eating with friends. Okay if you are a loner and obese but I have never been either.

    Hi Una like you have put on weight on a low carb diet however there have been somebody shape improvements and I have no bloating after eating. I have not had the benefit of feeling less hungry as so many people report and have found it very frustrating. My blood work is excellent though so while there has been weight gain my overall health is on track. I too would love to lose 5 kilos but alsa have found it very elusive

    I'm really looking forward to watch these videos. I have been fighting with bulimia for over 15 years and since I start my HFLC life I feel I much better.
    I know this problem is going to follow me forever but the last 5 month I'm not going around thinking "I can use this bathroom after eat"
