Most people reach a weight-loss plateau sooner or later, but that’s not a sign you should give up (giving up usually results in something worse than a plateau). Be persistent and keep up with your healthy low-carb diet – sometimes that’s enough. You can also try to do minor tweaks to your habits to break through the plateau, such as these:
- Eat only when hungry.
- Eat fewer carbs and moderate protein.
- Add some intermittent fasting.
- Be careful with dairy and nuts (easy to overeat).
- Get into ketosis.
