My husband and I are in our early 70’s. He never had had a real weight problembut since retiring he has gained weight. I have always been overweight, 225 at my highest on a 5’3” frame. Today we have both lost weight on this program.

I really enjoyed the low-carb challenge. I am a 55 years old women and I live in Canada in the native community. I decided to start this new way of life «to reverse type 2 diabetes». I really appreciate every meal in the plan that you offered in this challenge. The meal plan helped me to stay focused, motivated and cooking those meals also helped me to stay motivated on this challenge. I looked at the videos which are very interesting and well explained.

I did not have to lose weight, but I still followed the challenge 20 g/day. I feel better after two weeks. More energy, not tired anymore in the morning, able to go through my day without falling asleep. I am continuing KETO meals plan because i really do feel good about it and I also lost eight pounds during this two-week challenge.

I have been trying a moderate low-carb diet of around 100 grams a day. I haven’t had a massive weight lost but I have come off metformin as I am a type 2 diabetic. The visual guides and videos are very useful. Potatoes are now a once in a while treat!

Before trying low carb with Diet Doctor I would experience panic attack symptoms when I was hungry and real dips in mood swings. My weight has been stable for two years, at 196 pounds (89 kg).

Because I do feel so much better I thought I would tackle the 2-week challenge. On weekends and days off, I enjoy eggs in any format and am getting adventurous with omelet fillings.

Seriously I haven’t felt so well for years. No longer feel woolly headed and sluggish which means I am getting more active. Hopefully weight loss will follow. I find the Diet Doctor website very clear and easy to follow. Occasionally, I do allow myself a treat but it is a real treat and my cravings and hunger are fading. I just finished the two week challenge. There is a marked difference in the way I feel, so much more energy than I could ever imagine. I sleep better than I have in years. The recipes were easy and tasty. I’ve saved money because I have not been eating out at all. During the two weeks, I lost 6.4 lbs and 1 inch from my waist, and was never hungry at all.

This is the first time that I can remember losing weight without the aid of diet pills. I will be continuing the Keto diet until I lose the weight that is needed to get lean and healthy. I can see continuing a low-carb lifestyle for the rest of my days.

I am 59 and my husband is 61, and we loved the 2-week challenge. I lost 10 pounds the first week, and he lost 5. I didn’t lose an ounce the second week, even though I did exactly the same things as the first, but my husband lost another 4 pounds. The thing about my 10-pound weight loss was I maintained that weight through the second week, so I didn’t GAIN. We have decided to do this as a lifestyle, because the food is so good! I don’t really miss bread at all, except for the occasional time I would like some toast with my bacon and eggs in the morning. So I make the keto pancakes instead and really enjoy them. The amount of information, video clips, films, and recipes is remarkable, and that you give it all away for free for an entire month is so amazing! I will definitely pay to remain active and have the access to everything on the web site.

I am a 60-year old female in New England and have struggled with being 20-25 pounds overweight for probably the last 15 years. I’ve tried things that work but get an F in maintenance. I am continually busy and as I age my motivation (physically) for exercise is lacking although my head really wants to get healthy and strong. Atkins worked well for me but hated the eating “plan”. Too hard.

I signed for the 2 week keto challenge and did not follow as I should have although I still lost 4 pounds. Can’t imagine what it could have been if I followed it well and did a little exercise…so I will start again. With that being said, I loved the challenge. It was easy to see what I needed (grocery lists) and the recipes I did make were fantastic. I don’t cook but these were easy and so good.

I think I have convinced my sister to try this also, so I will do the two weeks again with her and then probably continue. I just want to thank you for making this so easy, and if the rest of the program is more of the same I know I will really enjoy it.
