I just completed the two week challenge on Monday June 18th, and I have lost a total of 11 pounds (5 kg). I am a type 2 diabetic who is also insulin resistant, and I have tried every diet recommended including paleo, and nothing has had the results keto has had. I am still about 56 pounds (25 kg) overweight and intend to continue with this plan.

My name is Liz, I’m 67 years old and live in Spain. I have struggled with my weight for years and always looked for low-fat options, the LCHF went totally against what felt “right” for me but after watching a program on T.V. I decided to give it a go.

In the first week I lost 1.2 kg (2.6 lbs) and 1.1 kg (2.4 lbs) in the second week! I haven’t felt hungry at all, in fact, I feel really good. I have subscribed as I find all the videos etc amazingly helpful. I’m still exploring everything and love the recipes.

I LOVE this diet! I am 63, living in the UK and have lost 8 lbs (3.6 kg) and 2 inches (5 cm) on this amazing diet.I have tried them all and this is the first time I haven’t felt hungry or deprived. In fact, I even coped well with 2 meals out and celebrating my husband’s 65th birthday.

Sweet foods are my big weakness and I can’t believe I no longer have sugar cravings. The diet is so easy to follow and I love cooking for the next day’s lunch the day before. The plan and shopping list make the whole process so simple. I have been happy to skip a couple of meals and am definitely sticking with this until I lose my remaining 25 lbs (11 kg). Can’t believe I can eat cream again. Off now to shop for week 3!


I actually started about four weeks ago and was a bit tentative with the whole process but by week two I was a lot more into it. That’s when I decided to do the two-week challenge as I needed inspiration for food and the emails and videos were so encouraging. I’m am now 14 lbs (6,4 kg) down and feel amazing!

Hi there.

I want to thank you for the challenge. I’m a woman (53) from Iceland. My sister told me about you. She is a professional personal trainer. As my aim was not to lose weight I did not weigh or measure myself in the beginning. For four years now I have been suffering from unexplained muscle aches and stiffness as well as tiredness, fatigue and stomach cramps. After two weeks on your low carb diet, the aches are disappearing and I’m starting to be myself again, still have the stomach cramps but it’s much less painful and lasts shorter.

I will continue on your diet and be healthy again. I think I have lost weight as well. I find the program easy to follow and great to have the recipes for as few as one person.

Hello!

Despite starting a week after I registered, things are going well. I’m eating more, each meal than I have for years. Loving the butter! Enjoying it all and have lost 1 inch (2,4 cm)from my waist. I’ve just started week 2 and looking forward to it. As a sugar addict, it seems incredible that I have had no cravings at all.
