    Thanks for the lucid and concise expose. A corollary of this is: Get your caloric needs from fat and protein- derived ketones. Keep those base-line Insulin levels low. That keeps the Insulin-levels low, and the Insulin - Receptors (in the body and brain) highly resilient and glucose-sensitive. Then, when you have that occasional sweet desert, it will perk you up. As oppososed to becoming conditioned to living in a constant sugar-fog.
