My name is Mary Baechler, and I practice in eastern Washington State. I am a Licensed Nutritionist specializing in low-carb for weight loss and diabetes. My Master's in Nutrition had a core concentration in obesity and diabetes. In teaching low carb, I believe that food should be for joy, no guilt, and then eat to build health. I always refer clients to the Diet Doctor website because it is scientifically accurate, lists the studies behind key principles, and is so easy to use.
