What a change in only a few months! Fatima just e-mailed me her story:

I want to thank you for a great website. I’ve been doing LCHF since early November 2013 and will always stick to this diet, as this way both me and my stomach feel our best! I’ve lost almost 50 lbs (22 kg), and still have pounds to lose!

I wanted to share the before and after picture – only 5 months between the two pictures!

    @ wolfstriked and Yvie Wagner ...Unfortunately, a lot of people have asked the same question a number of times, including myself, but there is nothing forthcoming.

    Once more, it would really be helpful for people to see examples of the food, or food diaries, these people are eating to lose the weight so they can help themselves towards their goals.

    I have lost 25lbs since December 2013 doing lchf. I will post a pic at 40lbs. My diet consists of almond milk and powdered protien shake( six star whey) green salad, egg for lunch with ranch. a portion of meat and veggies for dinner(any meat) mostly salad, green beans, broccoli. For snacks I eat cream cheese spread on lunch meat and pickles. Sugar free jello and whipped cream, almonds and pistachios . Also I love heavy whipping cream in my daily coffee and tea. Really curbs carb cravings! Keeping pre made hamburger patties around is my go to fast meal.
