This was the easiest! I lost 5 pounds (2 kg), my husband lost 8 pounds (4 kg) in the two-week challenge. We ate better than ever before. We were never hungry.

I particularly liked the weekly shopping list and daily meal plans with recipes. We both felt more energy, less stiffness, mental clarity and less tiredness.

Finally a way of eating that works! I am a 52-year old female from Queensland Australia, I have Hashimoto’s disease so losing weight is difficult. I have lost 3.6 kg (8 lbs) in the 2-week challenge!!

So happy with that! I have not been hungry once! I did suffer from headaches and severe fatigue in the first few days so I increased my salt and fat and things improved.
My husband is doing it with me and he has lost 3 kg (7 lbs)! We have signed up to keep going and I’m looking forward to trying a lot of the other recipes.

My only suggestion is maybe male/female portion sizes? Having said that though I read where you said eat until full which is what I’ve been doing so I don’t always finish my meal. In fact I am finding that I am eating less as the days pass.

I’m also hoping to see some changes in my thyroid blood work as it is an autoimmune disorder.

Actually actually started the challenge a week late. But I’m almost 8 lbs (4 kg) down after week 1.

I have to admit I was extremely sceptical. For the first time the meals are not complicated… Very simple, regular food. I actually enjoy preparing my meals. Thanks Diet Doctor for introducing me to the keto lifestyle.

It certainly was a challenge for someone who has tried for years to stick to a low-fat diet without long-term success. I found that I didn’t cope well at first, finding the quantities of fat in the recipes just too much. It took a while for my sugar-damaged appetite control mechanism to know when I’d eaten enough.

Things also improved considerably when I cut breakfast. Such a relief. Every other diet says you must eat it and it’s always been a chore. I have never been able to fast before, getting very wobbly and irritable, but now I have the stamina to easily do 16 hours.

I was dubious about the recipes but actually really enjoyed them and am planning to try them out incognito on friends. I have lost about 3 kg (7 lbs) in three weeks which I’m delighted with. I have become a member of Diet Doctor because I really appreciate the support and information.
