Doctor in the House Episode 2

In the second episode of Doctor in the House Dr. Chatterjee lives with a family where people have back pain, addiction to pain killers and eczema.

These are not the topics we focus on here. But it’s still an interesting show if you’re interested in how to improve health using natural means.

Watch the episode on BBC (UK only) or on YouTube.

    It is also called bigorexia.

The guy is big but has a lot of fat. It is quite bizarre that a guy who trained eats starchy food and bread!

He could easily trim 10 kgs and loose his belly and finally see his six pack.

The diet of the little boy was pathetic, there is an improvement but soya milk his junk food. They made too much changes in one time. They should have cut all wheat products in the first time and then wait to see what happen.

Maybe it is just me, but the little one had a strange appearance and seemed to be a bit slow at times. There may be other reasons for that, his picky-eater diet certainly didn't help it. Where's the protein? Nothing but sweet yogurts.

I noticed the same, but did not mention it.

The little one diet is horrible and he is starved by the lack of nutrients. You can see it by the appearance of is fragile body.

Like his body, you can guess that all his organs are under developed and the brain is not immune.

He is a victim of an overload of glucide and an absence of good nutrients.

Soya milk is very bad and won't help is development, what he really needs is good animal fat and animal protein in his diet.
