Can changing your mealtimes make you lose weight?
Can you lose weight and improve your health just by changing your mealtimes?
16 people tested this for a BBC show. They were divided into two groups. The first group carried on as before. The second group had dinner 90 minutes earlier than usual, and breakfast 90 minutes later. No snacks were allowed in between.
The group that restricted their mealtimes not surprisingly lost weight and improved their health markers, due to essentially doing a brief daily intermittent fast.
