  1. Great stuff Doc.

Its good to see someone who obviously cares about prevention in your proffession, and cares enough to have actually investigated the data instead of blindly following dogmatic advice.

We have a real challenge when it comes to convincing proffesionals for some reason, so we are all glad to have you aboard!

  2. Congratulations and thank you for sharing your knowledge and spreading the word about the health advantages of a low-carb lifestyle.

    Congratulations doc!

to win in Sweden is not a challenge anymore. Time to move on across the borders and go worldwide ;-)

Congrats and good luck furthermore, Doc!
  5. Thanks guys!

    Maggan A,
Sure, eventually! But I think you may be slightly over-optimistic. There is hard work to be done in Sweden yet. Paraphrasing Churchill: we may have seen some remarkable victories already but it's not the beginning of the end, it's more like the end of the beginning. ;)

    Hi Doc
Just wanted to say thanks for this great site I am not a social networks (I have a facebook account but never use it...sorry) person but this does not stop me from liking this and a few other blogs/fora of public discussion.
THanks to you and all who take part!

I like you too (thumbs up) but avoid Facebook like the plague, maybe there's more that feel like me and you are underestimating!
  8. From the bottom of my heart; Thank you Doc!!!
Because of the hard work you've done to get the science and truth out there, I have turned my life around. I've gone from a BMI of 30 to 21.3 in 4 months and stayed there. It's now 7 months since I stumbled on your wonderful site and the truth about metabolism and health.

Sorry if I seem to be "a head of time" sometimes. But my gut-feeling has never failed me - and nowdays it is better "oiled" than ever ;-)

My crystal ball is crystal clear - but of course we all have to keep on working :-)
