My name is Sevi Rutgrink and I am a Nutrition Network trained keto coach based in Utrecht, the Netherlands. After falling ill in 2013 I was diagnosed with Leaky Gut syndrome, IBS and Raynaud’s syndrome. I started looking into a healthier lifestyle in terms of diet, sleep- and stress management and soon discovered the ketogenic lifestyle. As a result I have been 100% symptom-free ever since. Following my own success I became very passionate about helping others achieve optimal health and started my own keto coaching practice in 2017. As a keto coach I want to share my knowledge and expertise with as many people as possible: the transition to a ketogenic lifestyle is not always easy and both practical and emotional support are very important. With my keto coaching practice I can offer all the help you need.
