As a Board Certified Family Physician and Obesity Medicine Specialist I recognize the importance of addressing meta-inflammation and insulin resistance. I counsel patients one-on-one to help them adopt a low-carb lifestyle, one that fits their needs. I also prescribe anti-obesity medicines to assist with weight loss and with long-term weight maintenance. My programs range from moderate low-carbohydrates to ketogenic. My goal is to help patients optimize their long-term health and wellness by developing individualized low-carb lifestyles that are sustainable and enjoyable.
