"I graduated with a degree in nutrition in Argentina, where I also learned about gender approach and attention to eating disorders. In Spain I did a specialisation in metabolism and psychoneuroimmunoendocrinology (PNIE). I am currently learning herbal medicine and traditional Chinese medicine in Greece. I work online with patients from all over the world applying low carb and ketogenic eating protocols to help people improve their health.
