I have been eating low carb for a very long time, and maintaining strict therapeutic carbohydrate restriction and intermittent fasting for 9 months. I’ve been educating myself and advising my patients to live a healthy, clean, and low-carb diet. I see large number of patients with PCOS, diabetes, hypertension, and infertility. I have been practicing medicine for over 20 years and have been noticing increasing numbers of patients with chronic illnesses, many of which I believe are attributable to an unhealthy diet. I believe the proper early diet intervention and instruction could be extremely beneficial for many patients.
