I have been a Family Medicine Practitioner for 35 years. I came across low carbohydrate and ketogenic diets as part of my personal health journey resolving my obesity, fatty liver and sleep apnea in the process. I started introducing what I had learned into my clinical work with my patients. I was astounded. My patients were getting better - losing weight and getting off the medications I had told them would be life long. In 2022 I am leaving Family Medicine Practice and joining a dietitian and a health coach to work fulltime as a Low Carbohydrate Ketogenic practitioner treating obesity, diabetes, fatty liver, PCOS and many other health conditions caused by insulin resistance.
