I have studied the effects of diet in health since an early age. I recall reading John Yudkins’s book Pure, White and Deadly when I was about 13 years old in the early 1970’s. From that time I was convinced of the role of diet in health. My passion and strength in medicine is helping people change their life and health around by making positive changes to their diets.
