I have been using therapeutic carbohydrate restriction with my patients since 2017. What started as a treatment for weight loss blossomed into so much more. I now utilize the diet to treat and reverse metabolic diseases such as diabetes. I routinely see the resolution of fatty liver disease, and improvement in autoimmune diseases. With this therapeutic strategy, I am finally seeking health for my patients and not just managing diseases.
