In 2012 I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during my second pregnancy. Carbohydrate restriction kept me and my baby safe and healthy. I've since reversed obesity and prediabetes and have been able to maintain it to date. I'm on a mission to help others achieve the same, by helping them focus on behavior change through habits and mindfulness.
