    I’m a Ketonian for Life. There is something I no longer do or say ...the word Diet in context to Keto LCHF when I’m talking to someone when asked what “diet” are you following. I started listening to myself when talking about Keto, sharing how I feel about my diet...it hit all of a sudden..that sounds so temporary of a plan, just another “diet” to lose a few pounds. So now I describe it one way only...”I Follow a LCHF Keto Lifestyle Way of Eating”. Those words have a ring of determination and permanence to me!
