    Dear Andreas,

    I've just remembered reading somewhere a few years ago ( - before I adopted a lchf lifestyle) someone writing that there's no point in eating anymore than 20 grams of protein at any one time, as 20 grams of protein is all the body can absorb in one go. Is this true? If it is true, then it may be a good idea for you to share this information with others. To illustrate what I'm trying to say, 20 grams of protein is found in a serving of 3 and a half chicken wings. The implication (-if this 'fact' is true) could be that if someone were to eat, say, 7 chicken wings in one meal, that half of the protein from this generous serving of chicken wings could convert into carbohydrates in the body.

    I've watched a lot of talks and advice about low carb on YouTube but, to the best of my knowledge, I can't remember any of the low carb experts mention anything about this point. What do you think?
