    If not in Ketos, eating fat will make you fatter? This is what has happen to me. I am now 45 BNI Diabetic and Insulin resistance. My Bowel has stopped because of fasting and I take one tablespoon of Coconut Oil in morning to help to Poo. every day high sugar reading of 225 to 450
    Thanks any help?

    Have you discussed your concerns with your Endocrinologist? This is of major importance to do especially if you have other health concerns such as kidney problems or cardiac issues. Fasting isn't good for Diabetics. I am also a diabetic. Insulin dependant. You need to examine what you eat. Personally, I eat a fried egg and 2 strips of natural bacon for breakfast. I drink a keto shake for lunch and do a meat and some low carb veggie for dinner on most nights. It does help me to keep my sugars under control. I haven't lost but 2 pounds. I am doing this for my sugars. If followed Keto diet will aide you in loosing weight and maintaining lower blood sugars.
