A fantastic two weeks on the LCHF challenge. Both my husband & I have enjoyed all the meals and we have lost a few inches (not so much weight as yet).We didn’t stick exactly to all the meals as per the plan however we have stuck to no more than 20 g of carbs per day with 70% fat and balance in protein.
We do struggle to eat enough green leafy veggies! We are continuing with this way of eating as it is so enjoyable. We have not missed sugar or carbs too much… the fat does the filling.

I truly appreciate Diet Doctor’s FREE recipes, motivational stories, and educational resources, including the two-week keto low-carb challenge. I liked having the structure along with suggestions in case I didn’t care for the recommended foods for the day. There was quite a bit of variety, and I think shrimp and zucchini/zoodles would be two welcome additions.
I recently lost 15 pounds on a low-carb diet. I only lost 2 pounds during the two-week challenge, but I did not follow a strict low-carb diet. This was due to a lack of keto choices (and my lack of discipline) at a number of social functions. I had fun, though.

Hello, my name is Donna. I had tried keto in the past and was successful in the short time I was on it. This time it was much easier because you provided the meal plan with recipes. It’s so much easier when you know what to eat. I didn’t really get to experience the second week of meals because I had leftovers from the first week (I was only cooking for one). I lost eight pounds in two weeks! Yeh! Thanks again for this wonderful plan.

I have lost over 100 lbs following a keto diet… last fall I opted to do surgery to remove the excess skin. I’m thrilled with the results! Healing from the surgery was a lengthy eight-month process… I found myself gaining a bit of weight. I struggled to find the structure and the motivation to continue with this habit of eating well. I felt I craved simplicity.The menu was easy to follow! It opened my options and gave me new and satiating ways of enjoying food. I found that I was getting bored with the food I was already eating, as we tend to get into a routine with the types of food we eat. I also liked that these menus promote healthy eating, not desserts filled with sugar alcohols and that get passed as healthy eating because it can fall under the category of low carbs.
The emails were a pleasant reminder to stay on track and the tips didn’t feel overwhelming.
I’m back enjoying a healthy lifestyle.

This is a diet I can get behind. There wasn’t a single day where I felt starved or deprived of good food. All the recipes were delicious and tasted great even if I omitted something (usually mayonnaise). My husband and I enjoyed trying new recipes and while he doesn’t care for diets, he liked everything we made. I was able to drop 5 lbs during the two-week plan and feel great! I plan to continue this journey and am excited for a healthier lifestyle.
