I finished the 2-week keto challenge yesterday. I lost 10 lbs (4.5 kg) and 2 inches (5 cm) off my waist! What worked for me was the menus and the double the cooking so you had lunch the next day. I work, so my lunch was always prepared and packed up for me the night before. Easy!

I love to cook, but living alone, I hate planning what to eat. You took that chore out of my hands. I have signed up to continue the meal plans. I love it! And my energy is through the roof. Thank you so much for your program!

I’m a 57-year-old woman living in Canada. I’ve yo-yo dieted all my life and several times lost 80+ pounds (36+ kg) only to gain it all back… I have a love for sweets and loads of carbs so I wondered if I could even attempt keto… but I made it and I feel great! I have lost 12 pounds (5.5 kg) and intend to carry on. I find it surprisingly easy to follow and don’t feel deprived. The meals are delicious!

My husband and I have both really enjoyed the diet and are going to continue to use it as a weight loss method. My husband was really unwell before we started with liver damage and a virus but he is now on the road to feeling better. It doesn’t feel like a diet, it’s a lifestyle choice for us now and we have lost 9 lbs (4 kg) each over the two weeks. More importantly, we are happier, have more energy and have a more positive outlook on life.

I loved the 2-week challenge. I was already doing less than 20 grams of carbs a day but had been having a tough time finding recipes I could ‘win’ my wife over with (we’ve had a PlateJoy membership for a few months and she was getting bored)

I’d done Atkins a few years ago so I wasn’t coming at this with zero knowledge and the ‘googlenet’ is a mess sometimes. So I love the information available here at Diet Doctor!

My weight loss hasn’t continued at the same rate since the 2-week challenge ended but I’m still losing and that is the only thing I am focused on – down ~20 lbs (9 kg) in the last 40 days! 180 lbs (82 kg) to go…

Well it certainly works, I lost over 4 pounds (2 kg) in the first two weeks. Never felt hungry, in fact I couldn’t eat all the meals. It’s super easy because all the thinking is done for you with the meal plans and the shopping list.

Most of the weight loss was in the second week as I was drinking no cal squash for the 2 liters of fluid which I think slowed down weight loss because when I just used water I lost over 3 pounds (1.5 kg) in a week. I’ve signed up for the free trial and will see how it goes with the keto plan over the next month.
