I personally enjoyed it. I have been on ketogenic diets before, and have amazing self control; I’m not easily tempted to fall off the wagon, so to speak.

In the 2 weeks I was on the diet I lost about 10 pounds (5 kg) and feel great. The only difficulty I had – and have always had – is that I do not eat eggs, so there was a lot of repeating. Yet I was ok with that.

I am definitely interested in continuing with maintaining a lower-carb lifestyle.


I found the challenge a lot easier than I thought it would be, especially since I am a carb addict. I was super strict with my carbs these past two weeks to try and quite my carb addiction. The first week I had cravings and was disappointed to only lose one pound. However, I stuck with it.

Then the second week the cravings were practically gone and I lost 6 pounds (3 kg)! So that is 7 pounds (3 kg) total in 2 weeks. For me that is a big deal because I can usually only lose a pound a week (0.5 kg) when I try to diet. Sometimes if I partake in extreme exercise I can lose up to 2.5-3 pounds (1 kg) in a week, but it is never sustainable.

I am most happy that my dependence on carbs is curbed. I’m very happy with my results!


I have to say the two week keto challenge was a great experience. My two teenage children bought right in, mostly because the food was so good. My daughter even held off eating any Halloween candy for the full 14 days!

The meal plans made the trial so easy. At dinner we would discuss and rate the meals – every meal fell between good and great. We plan to continue, albeit with some allowance for the coming holidays. Thank you for making this huge diet change so easy for us. And yes, I did take out a membership and look forward to more great meals.


I think it is great, been on this for 3 weeks starting my 4th week today and I have lost 21 pounds (10 kg) so far and have reduce my meds by 1/3. I was taking 3 shots per day now I am taking 2. My blood sugar average is now around 128 mg/dl (7.1 mmol/L). And the best thing is I have had no side effects that have been listed so far.


I was looking for a way to lose weight that used real foods, not purchased, pre-packaged, “diet foods.” A friend recommended Diet Doctor to me and I checked you out. Thank you for this challenge. I did this for the two weeks and have found great success. I lost 5.6 lbs (3 kg) in the 2-week challenge. I would like to continue this. It’s the first diet that I have tried that I don’t feel hungry.
