Here are new fantastic stories from the people who’ve taken the challenge:
For me, getting into a keto diet has been about both losing weight and improving my overall health. After a month in Hawaii earlier this year that featured every conceivable fruit drink and decadent carb, my insulin level hit 200! Definitely a change was necessary and my doctor pushed me toward a keto diet and recommended the Diet Doctor website. After reading much of the information on the site it just clicked in. I got how much sense this makes. The 2-week challenge made it so easy that I got my wife, daughter, daughter-in-law, and a grandson started on it as well. Each of them for different reasons but all with a common goal of overall health.
Thanks so much for making life change so easy!
My husband and I started the keto diet 2 weeks ago. The first 4 days were the hardest because I felt so sick – stomach and head. But with lots of support from my husband, I persevered. I weighed myself the first Sunday and was surprised that I lost 4.6 lbs (2 kg) and 3 inches (8 cm).
Yesterday again I lost another 3 lbs (1 kg) and 1 more inch (3 cm). My goal was 10-15 lbs (5-7 kg). I’m only 5 foot (152 cm), so a little makes a big difference. So we are doing another 2 weeks. By the way, the added energy is a bonus.
Oh yes and my husband lost 10 lbs (5 kg) and inches. He’s very happy. He loves the food. For myself, i found eating so much fat, my stomach rebelled against it, so I have modified the recipes so not so much butter.

My husband and I took on the challenge together. We are pretty easy going with food, meaning we are not picky eaters and enjoy trying new things. We both did very well with the challenge. I lost 9 lbs (4 kg) and my husband lost 13 lbs (6 kg). We are both larger people and it felt so good to see the scale going in the right direction for a change!
The meals were yummy and easy to prepare with a nice variety. It works perfectly to have leftovers as lunch the next day. That is usually where I lose it first. After working all day and coming home to fix dinner, the last thing I want to do is fix lunches for the next day. This made it super simple. It was just part of cleaning up. Instead of putting everything into one container I just packed it in individual servings. Then lunch is grab and go the next morning.
We are very happy with the results so far and look forward to continuing with keto menu 11 this week. Trying the more popular recipes. I love how simple it is to select a menu, print my shopping list and hit the store. It truly could not be an easier plan to follow. In addition our sugar cravings are gone! Someone brought in a bunch of candy into the office and I have no trouble saying no to the bowl. That is soooo not like me at all. I would usually be digging into the candy a couple of times a day.
I’m so glad that we found this!
I watched “The Magic Pill” before starting and found the Diet Doctor website looking for recipes/meal planning. I found it extremely helpful in changing the way I looked at food and how to eat.
I’m 39, Male from Norwood, MA USA. Was told by my Dr. I was pre-diabetic and obese. I lost 10 lbs (5 kg) on the challenge. I can’t begin to tell how you how much better I feel! The best part is: I’m not constantly hungry! This has been life changing for me as I will continue this LCHF lifestyle. The grocery list/menus are fantastic and help me not to wonder what to eat. Thank you kindly for not only making this easy, but for telling the truth about food without jamming a cost up-front sales pitch in my face.
I am a 41-year old mom of 3 from Reykjavik, Iceland. I have now been on keto for 3 weeks today and feel great, I have lost 18 pounds (8 kg) in this time. Not only the lost of weight that is great but the stomach problems I had are gone. I sleep a lot better and all cravings are gone but before I ate bread almost every meal.

WOW, what can I say? After two weeks I am down from 340 lbs (154 kg) to 320 lbs (145 kg). IN TWO WEEKS! All I can say is, I have FINALLY found something that works and I don’t feel hungry.
If anything, my hunger is decreased significantly since I began. I feel sated. I feel clear headed. I am beginning to feel like the “Me” of 30 years ago. I have missed that girl!
