It was good, and I’m actually going to start week three with the first week of the challenge and do the second week as week four. Will be looking for other keto recipes to continue this for a while longer until I reach my goal. Already down 20 pounds (9 kg) in the two weeks!

I was excited, lost 10 lbs (4.5 kg), although I was surprised it went so fast. OK, now I think during the last four days, I gained 3 lbs (1.4 kg) of it back! Didn’t follow exactly, although not like I went crazy on carbs either. Fasted yesterday, and still gained a pound (0.5 kg) more. I will be more diligent and see. I do want to say though, I was hungry. I thought I wouldn’t be hungry. Mostly in evening, after dinner.

I found the keto challenge to be very helpful for deciding what to eat during my first two weeks of doing keto. The recipes were tasty and very filling and I liked the variety between dishes that involved quite a lot of cooking and ones that were very easy and quick to prepare. I just finished the 2-week keto challenge. I was totally impressed with the meals on how easy they were to put together and they all look fabulous on the plate. I love the organization of the mealplans, the shopping list, and the instructions were easy to follow.
