It is like a best seller and you want to tell everyone about the gift you can give yourself.Weight loss is certainly what made me originally try it but honestly, it gives you so much more. The support from the Facebook group and the web site is amazing. What was shocking to me was that I struggled with my weight for most of my 69 years, however doing the keto challenge helped me master so many of my past self destructive behaviour patterns and mindset. I now feel weight loss is only one small part of the overall healthy mindset that I am now enjoying doing keto.

Hi! My name is Bernadette Fish and my husband Mike and I completed the keto challenge.
In three weeks, he lost 16 pounds (7 kilos)! So he is now doing low carb as am I. I lost 10 pounds (4.5 kilos). The biggest obstacle I had was the “no bread”. I LOVE bread! I am going to make the keto breads soon.
My husband’s biggest obstacle was looking at the plate and thinking he needed more than realizing how full he really was. As a nurse, I was skeptical about the “fats diet” as we call keto. I am impressed. I did not think this was feasible, or that I would be so inspired and capable! I used to consume over 300 grams of carbs every day, and still wonder why I was hungry and unsatisfied. At first, I overshot the mark for protein I needed to eat every day but I have brought it down too.

My husband and I have had great success with this diet. I have lost 7 pounds (3 kilos) and my husband has lost 15 pounds (7 kilos). Nice and slow and what we love the most is we are keeping the weight off.We love the recipes and are starting to really notice a big change in our cravings.
