    Hello!
Halloumi cheese is a Cypriot semi-hard, unripened brined cheese made from a mixture of goat's and sheep's milk, and sometimes also cow's milk. It has a high melting point and so can easily be fried or grilled. Halloumi is set with rennet and is unusual in that no acid or acid-producing bacterium is used in its preparation.
About the Liver, I saw on a website that Chicken liver is allowed but really not sure. I would just steer away from it just to be sure. On Diet Doctor, if you look for it on the menu bar, he has posted what you can or can't eat.
Hope to have helped you! This diet is great if you stick to it and don't go over board on the meats. I lost 15 lbs in 1 week. You can too ?

I just tried this and put in a few finely chopped baby bella mushrooms, too. Yum. I’ll definitely have it again.

Yes, each serving would be considered a meal. However, if you find you're still hungry after one serving, it's OK to eat more as needed.

Thanks for the great recipe! Didn't make any changes, but think you could add other veggies and/or diced meats if you wanted. It was really good and a nice change from the typical eggs and bacon breakfast.
