Cinnamon and cardamom fat bombs
Small, but delicious. With familiar flavors of vanilla, cinnamon and cardamom, this is the perfect keto snack and goes great with a cup of coffee or tea.

Making low carb simple
Instructions
- Bring the butter to room temperature.
- Roast the shredded coconut carefully until they turn a little brown. This will create a delicious flavor, but you can skip this if you want. Let cool.
- Mix together butter, half of the shredded coconut and spices in a bowl.
- Form into walnut-sized balls with two teaspoons. Roll in the rest of the shredded coconut.
- Store in refrigerator or freezer.
Hi Steph!
Yes, vanilla extract. Changed the recipe. Thank you!
I have another few more questions...
How many balls do we make? And what is the serving size?
it would make the texture better and i think you could actually make smaller snack siballs because they would hold better.
what about listing some variations?
- rolled in nuts
- companies do cooking grade aromatherapy oils such as peppermint, lemon, lime, aniseed, orange, rose etc
I doubled the coconut and ended up with something that tasted like a stick of butter rolled in coconut.
This recipe is a complete waste of time and a stick of butter!!
It was also my first Diet Doctor recipe, so verrrrrrry disappointed.
I hope the other recipes are better than this!!
A good place to start is with the 2 week Challenge
