Ingredients

  • 4 oz. 110 g cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. 225 g prosciutto
  • 8 oz. 225 g chorizo
  • ½ cup 125 ml mayonnaise
  • 4 oz. 110 g cucumber
  • 2 oz. 50 g red bell pepperred bell peppers

Instructions

Instructions are for 4 servings. Please modify as needed.

  1. Cut the cold cuts, cheese and vegetables into sticks or cubes.
  2. Arrange on a plate, serve and enjoy.

Tip!

Don’t wait for company! This genius, throw-it-together dish is perfect anytime.

Feel free to use different cheeses such as mozzarella, gouda, etc., and different meats like salami and serrano ham.

If you want to sneak in some more flavors and colors, throw in an avocado, some mozzarella or radishes, and walnuts, but be sure to adjust the carb, fat, and protein grams for the changes you make.

    With yogurt you want no sugar added, as low carb and high fat as possible. Dairy with higher amounts of lactose, like yogurt and especially milk tends to be insulinogenic and affect insulin more than other foods of the same carb count. Milk in general is too high carb for keto, with too much sugar. It's covered in our Drinks guide.

    Some chorizo is sold already cooked. You would want a hard chorizo for this, not the softer raw kind. If you can't find that, you can substitute with other meats.

    The mayonnaise is in black cup in the center of the dish and is used to add fat for satiety and flavor to the meal.
