New year, new Diet Doctor

Diet Doctor

Thanks everyone for a great Diet Doctor year in 2017, our tenth anniversary!

In 2017, we (once again) more than doubled the size of our company, and launched our new Spanish site, and worked out and started to launch our new visual identity and site design, and welcomed Kim and Mattias and Jonatan and Patrik and Rickard and James and Jill into our company! We’re now 17 full-time co-workers at Diet Doctor.

We also added many new freelance writers, like Kristie Sullivan, Dr. Evelyne Bourdua-Roy and Anne Mullens. And started our new recipe and documentary videos, with new motion graphics, and got started on our first app, and started our low carb for doctors site, and many other things – like getting started on our carousel for videos and recipes, launching and improving our low-carb and keto meal planner, and got ready to (very soon) move to our first truly amazing Stockholm office, where we can work even more effectively for you.

This is all due to the fantastic work and dedication of our whole team, and the invaluable support of our 40,000+ members (there’s no way we could do this without you), so thank you all!

I think 2018 can become an even more important year, and we aim to empower more people than ever, all around the world, to revolutionize their health.

Things are already starting to happen, and traffic is already up. We just relaunched our 2-week keto challenge, and already more than 10,000 new people have signed up for it, in just a few days. We also had a new visitor record this week: 246,000 people in a single day (just on this English site, not counting our Spanish or Swedish sites).

Already many new members are signing up, and early indications are that even more new members may sign up than last year (which was by far our best ever). We’re completely supported by our members, as we show no ads, sell no products and take no industry money. The increasing number of members helps us grow ever faster, adding massive amounts of new rocket fuel to our growth and our ability to change the world for the better.

So what’s coming up in 2018? Our site will very soon be updated to a new design, making it more simple and inspiring to find our best content. We have a keto video course coming up any day. We’ll soon improve our keto meal planner further, making it simple to save your own collection of personalized plans. A Diet Doctor app is coming up too, during the first half of this year, that I think you’ll love. And we have many other projects going on, to truly make low carb and keto simple for people all around the word.

Of course the final result will completely depend on the creativity, dedication and genius of our amazing team, and the fantastic support from our members (thank you!), and I’m truly excited and grateful to be a part of it. Here’s to a fantastic 2018 with you all.

Finally, if you have any ideas on how we could improve our site and services further, feel free to leave a comment with your suggestions.

Best,
Andreas

Thanks to all of you for the courage to propose this change, for leading without a doubt, the low carbs movement in the world and for keeping the site 'clean' of publicity as a promise of transparency and unquestionable professional ethics.

From Chile, our greetings (my girlfriend @SanarConAromas and I, @DeMetabolismo), your unconditional collaborators.

Happy New Year to all the DietDoctor.com team

    Keep up the good work!
Any hope for a bread that someone with a peanut/tree nut allergy could eat? (No almond flour)

    Hi there
I am one of those girls (okay I'm 50 :) ) that will always read the links on the latest weight loss guru's offer, but not any more!
Your sites are amazing, simple & honest truths.
I'm completely ignoring all other 'advice' and trusting in yours exclusively.
I have just started my new lifestyle and look forward to being as amazing as your other success stories.
    Regards

I would love to see the new Fasting documentary added to the membership page. Also, I'd love advice on how to keep keto during a cold, including maybe recipes for cough drops and cough syrup without sugar or sugar alcohols. Keep up the good work!!

Is there plans for an app for the recipe plans? And an option to save template plans?

I am so grateful for this site and recommend it to friends and family who show even a slight interest in how I have lost and maintained weight loss after always being the "chubby" one of the family! I would also love to see the documentary "Fasting" produced by Doug Orchard added to the membership access. My preteen even watches videos on your website and is working on transitioning to the keto lifestyle. It also doesn't hurt that she thinks Dr. Andreas is "super cute"!

This is an amazing resource and I love coming back time after time to listen to another doctor, or a scientist discuss how this WOE can help you take back your life and change your health. I Don't regret supporting you and will continue to do so. 70 pounds down, maintaining 127 pounds effortlessly. Feeling young at 63.

I'd love to see full nutrition breakdowns for all of the recipes, so I can quickly add meals to MyFitnessPal - making DietDoctor an essential part of my food prep and planning world
