    But what about the good things claimed about coffee? Sometimes a stimulant can be good, can't it?
    I guess it's like with other drugs, in small doses it can be good and in bigger it can be bad.

    PS DietDoc, did you try to stop coffee? Any results? ;-)

    In the Side Effects section, it would be helpful to mention that tolerance to caffeine is greatly reduced on keto and
    it should be noted for people who drink a lot of coffee. There is only mention of reduced tolerance to alcohol. I had to search online
    for this information after getting anxiety attacks while doing keto.

    That doesn't seem to be a common side effect regarding keto, but thanks for the heads up. So sorry you had that reaction!
