    Hi ive been doing the lchf diet since february 2016 and have lost 6st 2lb upto date but my weight loss has plateaued for 2 month even tho im still doing the same thing any tips on kick starting my weight loss as i need to lose 1.5 stone again

    Maybe you're intolerant to some food you're eating!! Try to limit dairy, for me also eating too fat it's slowing my metabolism

    I noticed that if I hit my plataeu that I go off for a few days I get the losses again
