    I have found authentic vintage recipes on such as -

    Not certain where to purchase the special flours, but there are lots of recipes using almond flour etc

    I purchased this cookbook for myself and love it so much I bought one for my Mom and sister. It’s fantastic! Beautiful pictures and you’ll never wonder what’s for dinner again.

    wow - 100 years old and still valid! How did we lose the knowledge? This probably doesn't have some of the fancy new sugars and flours (almond flour) or pysillium husk powder etc., but interesting nonetheless

    Well,almond flour - certainly in Britain - is the same as ground almonds and the former more expensive than the latter!!
