Eat more cookies (with lots of sugar), increasing your risk of heart disease and type 2 diabetes… And simultaneously support heart disease and type 2 diabetes research?
The picture above was taken from a tweet, and it doesn’t sound like a great idea to me.
A better way would be to reduce your risk of falling victim to these diseases, by eating a diet based on real food. Check out the links below to learn how.
