    I receive conflicted advice.

    I need to lose minimum 40 pounds and some tell me my protein macros should be higher than my fat macros and others the opposite.

    Some say do not eat extra fat (e.g., butter, olive oil, coconut oil) as my body will use it's own fat stores yet others say eat fat to lose fat....

    SO confused. I want to lose 20 pounds by August 1 if possible. I am currently 210 pounds, 5'6, 51 years old

    Hi Karen, Start with Diet Doctors 2week low carb challenge. To loose weight stay with the Keto level receipes. All the best in this New Way of Eating.

    Very short about the macros (per day)... about 20 gram carbs, about 50-100 gram protein, about 100 - 200 gram fat (so much you need to feel full, some need even more)

    Thank you everyone...I have updated my macros and also added intermittent fasting (nothing from 7:30pm to 12:30pm each day)

    Losing again !
