As I understand it is the numbers are the percent of digestible carbohydrates, i.e. net carbs (fibre is not counted) per 100g. As an example 100g of raw Macadamias will contain 5g of net carbs. By the way, I never buy roasted nuts as they are most likely roasted in seed oils. I buy raw nuts and salt and roast them myself using misted olive oil. A also want to experiment with warming and misting a few others saturated fats.
