Are you interested in losing weight or improving health on low carb? Is there any area in particular that you’d like to know more about?

I’m setting up a new page to detail what health improvements are common on low carb, and how to tweak it for maximum effectiveness. The page is still just started, but feel free to leave feedback on what you’d like to see there:

I've read that osteoarthritis pain is improved on a ketogenic diet. Does a LC diet have a similar effect?

A "strict" low carb diet is also ketogenic, and many have reported such improvements in arthritis and rheumatism. If you are more "liberal" with carbs, it would not be ketogenic, and improvements would likely be smaller. If you search for "arthritis" on this site, you will find many stories from people who have improved their arthritis with LCHF. Here's one example:

The massive pain I had in my joints disappeared when I started eating LCHF. I was in so much pain, I needed to hold the handrails when climbing or descending stairs. Today, you can see me race up the stairs like a gazelle. Totally different!!!

I suffer with autoimmune diseases. The most recent diagnosed is Myasthenia Gravis. It is extremely debilitating. Can a KETOGENIC Diet help me?
