Low-Carb Challenge Day 4: Scrambled Eggs

andreaseggs
While taking our two-week low-carb challenge so far I’m having the recommended scrambled eggs every morning. Unbelievably fast to do with a non-stick pan, plenty of butter and high heat, it literally takes like one minute.

Usually I don’t eat breakfast during weekdays but I could get used to this.

Are you taking the challenge? Do you stick to the recommended scrambled eggs or one of the other breakfast options? If so, which one is your favorite?

I would find that very disappointing myself, if I needed to lose ny substantial weight, not to lose any at all. But to feel better is very good if you weren't feeling so well.

I'm actually skipping breakfast too on the advice of my nutritionist last week.and having done tge challenge - altgougg I struggled to eag all thefoid and some fresh foid got wasted on tgd shopping lust - but between 11am and 12 noon having bacon and eggs, or the 'porridge-type' substitute is an egg and butter with coconut flour, a little psyllium husk, a little salt and some fresh raspberries so a combined late breakfast and early lunch. Yes, slightly more carbs bit a recipe on here and very delicious if you can'tface eggs every morning before going to work! If I'm travelling far, tgen I'll make sure to gave that late breakfast much earlier and give lunch a miss. See if I lose any weight. Just got to be careful to cut out the 175ml glass of wine I was used to drinking each night with my evening meal and find something else except for one time two nights most.
