Now, after months of hard work, we’re finally launching our new low-carb meal plans service.

Get everything you need to succeed in eating low carb. You’ll get weekly meal plans, recipes and shopping lists, no planning required.

Choose how many people you’re cooking for – even remove any meal – and the shopping list will adjust accordingly. Choose a ketogenic, moderate low carb, vegetarian low carb, or dairy-free low-carb meal plan – or just pick a recommended plan for the week.

We already have 20 meal plans up and running, and we plan to keep updating and adding more plans and more options as fast as we can.

The service is already pretty awesome and highly useful if you ask me, but we’re aiming to make it truly spectacular.

    what a wonderful idea ! I started monday the 1st and I stick to the plan...hard to resist dairy though...I guess the sugar in it calls me !

    Love the meal plans... and that you can select ingredients for 1 person is an absolute bonus!
    Can the nutrition information be expanded though? It has macro % but not grams. I'd also be keen to see the calories per serve too. I realise this isn't as important as the macro's but I'm at a point where I have to focus on both. Have lost 82lb over 2 years 8 mths with this way of eating... just 7lbs to go to reach my goal weight.
