Excellent info, and I love Dr. Wilson’s talking style–he is wonderful at presenting complex information while using language that is easy to follow. Biggest questions this brings up for me: 1.) I am wondering if I should recommend exogenous ketones to some of my clients–the ones that are trying to keto-adapt, but struggling. 2.) Intrigued to learn more about the effects of fiber. Wonderful info about the corn based fiber raising glucose and insulin less, and fermenting in gut more! Want to know more about products and fiber. Thanks!!!
