I loved the 2-week keto challenge. I lost 6 pounds (3 kg) and 2 inches (5 cm) off my waist. My blood pressure dropped from 120/90 to 100/93. I was never hungry or starving. I plan on continuing this way of eating.

I started before the two-week challenge because I wanted to see what would happen with my diabetes. From the very first breakfast my blood sugar went down and I had no cravings for starchy foods or sweets. I didn’t think this was a possible feat. I wanted to wait until I went to a diabetes class before I replied to your email.

Starting Monday, my blood sugar went up again after eating my keto meal (two scrambled eggs with jalapeno peppers, scallion, tomatoes and cheese, and a piece of sausage) and also after dinner (fried cabbage in butter and fried tilapia fish in olive oil).

I can’t explain the medical terms the nurse used from the meeting yesterday so I will not even try, but she said I was not getting enough carbs. If you can give me some reasons why this is happening I would appreciate. I have already told several people, some with diabetes, about your website.

I love the LCC! I was skeptical when my husband told me about it because all the stuff I heard about how it can cause ketosis and how dangerous that is. I was impressed with all the information provided and how it was provided; broken down in to easy to read topics.

The diet is great! I love how easy the recipes are and that they don’t include things that are difficult to find, with the exception of celery root. I haven’t been able to find that in my local grocery stores. The recipes are delicious and filling.

I loved this challenge. Finally a food plan that I can follow. It was easy to follow and my husband has decided he likes eating ketogenic. We will be following this plan forever. I have joined and am enjoying all the different videos and help.

I had just had a baby, and i got comfortable staying home with my new bundle of joy, cooking big dinners for everyone, lots of carbs. Suddenly, nothing fit me anymore, I felt unhealthy.

I had never heard of the keto diet. I just simply decided no more carbs for me. Two weeks later my stomach was getting flatter. I felt happier. I was once a big fan of energy drinks. I no longer thought about having one.

I can’t tell you how good I feel. I will continue to lay off the carbs. I never weighed myself. I didn’t want to be compulsive with it, afraid it might become more of a diet than a choice I made. I can tell you now that I’m sure I lost five to seven pounds (2-3 kg) easy, if not more. Still going strong. 💪

    I went on the keto diet I started at 6 weeks ago the first two weeks I lost 13 lb the next 4 weeks I lost another 9 lb at first I was a little disappointed but I'm not now I enjoy eating all the rich foods I've studied this diet big time and it is the only one that I know I could stick with and I'm getting married in February so I want to look nice..... by the way is it okay to eat sugar-free carb-free jello with some cream on it thanks for sharing your stories everyone I love reading this blog.
