We love the plan! My husband and I are 61 and our son and daughter-in-law are 27 and have been doing the keto diet with us. We have not been hungry!!! It is a different way of dieting for sure. But it works.

My husband and I have done it faithfully for one week. He lost 8 pounds (4 kg) and 2 inches (5 cm) and I lost four pounds (2 kg) and 1 inch (3 cm)! I am a 65-year old lady who has been on a yo-yo diet for a couple years. My husband and I have moved to another country and I have gained 13 kg (29 lbs)… It has been an uphill struggle to lose weight here. Thank you for the menu for beginners I will be starting on this was of eating going forward.
