What could happen if you were to take it? Here’s feedback from this week:
I lost 10 lbs. (5 kg) doing this challenge, I’m going to be completely honest, I was skeptical at first, then I stepped on the scale and realized, I lost 10 lbs. by eating foods I love… burgers, fish, chicken, salads, it’s literally so easy!
I’m going to just take those same recipes and continue to cook them because 1) THEY WERE AMAZING and 2) it was fun! And heck, I may lose another 10 lbs., who knows!
Thanks so much for this fabulous new way of looking at dieting and eating of course! I’ve told all my friends about it, hopefully I can get them to partake in it as well.

I started two weeks ago and have lost almost 3 kg (7 lbs.) by yesterday morning, plus 5 cm around the waist. During the first two, three days I did feel a bit odd, not really hungry but different, can’t explain the feeling. Later on no issues at all. As I can’t digest too much cheese or cream, I would add more tofu and veggies to my plate. I realized I ate far too much fruits believing that they were the healthiest snack. I will definitely continue LCHF and also apply it to our family’s eating habits.

The low carb challenge has done wonders for me. I’ve lost 5 kg (10 lbs.) in two weeks and I’m excited to see how far I can go. I only weigh 152 lbs. (69 kg) so I’m lucky I haven’t got as far to go as others.
The only exercise I am doing is walking 30-40 mins a day. I am also diabetic 2 but my sugar is way down now. Thanks in anticipation of your help.

I went to my Dr. appointment on Friday… I lost 10 lbs. (5 kg) and my blood pressure was great – 125/77!! I been trying many things to get it down.. And this new way of eating has really helped!!
I really enjoyed the challenge. It was good to have actual recipes to follow to make more interesting dishes.
I had started eating Keto but the group that I followed was very restrictive and I got bored of unimaginative meals but, no more!
I have opted for the 3rd week as I want to experience as much as I can. I have had moderate weight loss but the inches have gone and I’m happy with that, thanks.
I REALLY appreciate this website and diet. I have lost 6 lbs. (3 kg) in 3 weeks and my sugar cravings are nearly gone.

The draw back is the low low energy because I am very active where I work out vigorously 5 days a weeks. Nevertheless, it was awesome…

I have lost 5 or 6 lbs. (2-3 kg) (good for a 65 yr old woman, even with drinking a few glasses of wine each day) and will keep this eating plan.
The last 3 days I have added 2T of ground flax seed in the AM and that is good for fiber (mixed with 1 boiled egg and butter and coconut oil makes a yummy breakfast).
Thank you for providing all of the LCHF information. It has transformed my relationship with food.
Ever since I was a child I’ve thought about food and had to resist strong cravings. My weight has, in the past, been up to two stones heavier than my ideal. At the moment I’m in the correct range but my relationship with food hasn’t improved much.
Discovering LCHF has released me from the constant hunger and cravings. I do sometimes think poor me I can’t eat normally like others but actually having this sense of control is much better than the carbs. I’ve lost 5 lbs. (2 kg) following Diet Doctor and I’d like to lose 7 lbs. more to get me under 9 stone (57 kg) for my 5 ft 4 (163 cm) in height.

The low-carb challenge was awesome.
When I started 2 weeks ago my weight was 92.8 kg (204 lbs.) my weight is now 90.9 kg (200 lbs.). I lost 1.9 kg and no I don’t want to change anything. I’m going on.
